2852 Natural Jasmine Blossoms - Green tea - 125 g (4.4 oz) Carton £9.00 This is a special manufacture green tea with Jasmine blossoms that are layered through the tea. This is a Single Esatate traditional Gunpowder green tea with the leaf curled into a ball shape by a special heat application process. This is traditionally a fairly pungent green type & therefore do not use too much leaf or brew for too long. We would suggest 1 - 2 teaspoons of leaf to a 6 cup pot. Heat the freshly drawn water to 80 - 90 degrees C (176 - 194 degrees F) Once the heated water has been poured on to the leaf, stir vigoursly for a couple times to ensure that the leaf rises from the bottom of the pot.
