Dickoya District: (In the Golden valley area)

From a specially selected estate that we have chosen for this tea.
4,000 ft Elevation
This selection has created a really superb liquoring tea that is a clasic, having a lighter colour of liquor than the Dimbulas it produces almost a yellowy green colouring and it is aromatic. It is the first run with the tea and we shall be developing it into one of our standard range with other types of packaging to follow the tin caddy that we stock.

CARTON PACKS:
The picture shows a selection of the colour coded cartons within our range of special single estate seasonal teas including Green and Organic teas
Whilst this is a single estate selection we reserve the right to alter the make-up of the selection dependent upon the seasonal manufacture obtained.
WESTERN
NEW SEASON
Liquor:
A
wonderful aromatic flavoury tea with an unusual yellowy green liquor. Posessing
the typical seasonal character that is indicative of an area known as the Golden
Valley.

TIN CADDY PACKS:
These are the seasonal
tea caddies with the estate colours shown on the labels. Within this selection
we have Silver Tips or White tea as it is called which is a very specialist
manufacture. This type of White tea equates to the Chinese tea called 'Yin Zhen'
which is the most prized of the white tea types being just selected fat buds
with no other leaf involved. Our Silver Tips tea is a single estate tea and
it has become extremely popular because of the extremely low caffeine level
within the bud. Also in this selection of caddies we have presented two Tisanes.
loose Chamomile flower and loose Peppermint.

FOIL PACKS:
The picture to the right shows a selection of the packs, the larger packs at the rear are kilo Foils in various estate colours.
Brewing: Brew as for all black teas, we recommend 3 - 5 minutes with freshly drawn water taken to 'point of boil' and not past the first bubbles appearing in the kettle and this temperature combined with the still oxygenated water will contribute to the best dissolving of the volatile oils that have been fired on at point of boil temperature in the estate factory.
Packs Available: Loose Tea - 125 g Cartons - 125 g Tin Caddies - 1 Kilo foil packs.
