CHAMOMILE:
Liquor: A very light coloured liquor which is caffeine free and produces a very refreshing liquor known for its relaxing and calming effect.
Brewing: Treat as for black tea. We recommend taking freshly drawn water up to boiling point temperature. As the first bubbles rise take the kettle and pour briskly into the receptacle causing a swirling of the flowers. As with all our teas reduce or increase the amount of flowers to your palate. Brew from 2 to 4 minutes to your taste level. We recommend that it is consumed without any additions.
ICED TEA: Brew at double strength and pour into a glass or glasses filled with ice.

PEPPERMINT:
Liquor: A very light coloured liquor which is caffeine free and produces a very crisp refreshing infusion known as a digestive for centuries, aiding digestion if drunk with or after a meal.
Brewing: Treat as for black tea. We recommend taking freshly drawn water up to boiling point temperature. As the first bubbles rise take the kettle and pour briskly into the receptacle causing a swirling of the leaves. As with all our teas reduce or increase the amount of leaf to your palate. Brew from 3 to 5 minutes to your taste level.
