BLACKCURRANT:
Liquor: With our close proximity to the estates we have been able to select some very fine teas to blend to the flavour. The combination of Natural Blackcurrant flavouring oil, sunflower petals and dried blackcurrants produces a delicate aromatic brew with some colour. Can be drunk with or without milk as an all day tea.
Brewing: Treat as for black tea. We recommend taking freshly drawn water up to boiling point temperature. As the first bubbles rise take the kettle and pour briskly into the receptacle causing a swirling of the leaves. As with all our teas reduce or increase the amount of leaf to your palate. Brew from 3 to 6 minutes to your taste level.
ICED
TEA: Brew at double strength and pour
into a glass or glasses filled with ice.

JASMINE BLOSSOMS:
Liquor: With our close proximity to the estates we have been able to select some very fine teas to blend to the flavour. The combination of a GREEN tea plus layered Jasmine flowers produces a delicate highly aromatic brew with light colour. We recommend that this brew is drunk without any addition.
Brewing: Treat as for a Green tea. We recommend taking freshly drawn water up to 80 - 90 degrees C (176 - 194 degrees F). This is below boiling point. As with all our teas reduce or increase the amount of leaf to your palate. Brew for about 2 minutes to your taste level.
ICED TEA: Brew at double strength and pour into a glass or glasses filled with ice.

MANGO:
Liquor: With our close proximity to the estates we have been able to select some very fine teas to blend to the flavour. The combination of Natural Mango flavouring oil, marigold petals and dried mango pieces, produces a delicate aromatic brew with some colour. Can be drunk with or without milk as an all day tea.
Brewing: Treat as for black tea. We recommend taking freshly
