The estate is situated on the Southern edge of the central highlands in Haputale sub district of Uva. At night ships can be seen passing with lights from this Southern vantage point.
Estate: 101 Acres (41 Hectares) - Supports 195 resident workers and their dependants.

Superintendent (Manager): Mr. Ananda Kamaragoda Tea-maker (Factory Officer): Mr. Edwards Liquor: From the world famous Uva district. A good coloury liquor which exhibits superb Uva 'teay' flavour. It will take milk. Excellent flavour for an Organic tea. Drinking without milk reduce the amount of leaf and cut brewing slightly. Brewing:

Uva District in the quality season produces mouthfulls of flavour N.B.
if the flavour is too strong, cut the amount of leaf and reduce brewing
