SOUTH WESTERN HILLS AREA

A seasonal manufacture from two estates from the large South Western District which runs from South of Melfort estate on the map right across the Southern hills almost to Kenmare on the map.
The balance is always to retain some flavour rather than a boring heaviness when the character of tea is submerged in excessive maceration.

LIQUOR: A B.O.P. grade which gives some depth and colour with a touch of flavour. It will take milk well where required. A Bronze award winner in 2002 when first introduced at the London Taste Awards.

BREWING: Mild brewing 2.5 - 3.5 minutes, cut down on leaf quantity when preparing to drink without milk.
